We labor so that future generations will be better and nobler than we are.” – Maria Montessori Gemma Sigler, a native from the Philippines, comes to Tidewater with a wide experience working with children in schools, daycare settings and churches. Gemma holds a Bachelor of Science in Secretarial Administration and Library Sciences. She is CHED accredited in Early Childhood Education and Elementary from the Center for Early Childhood Care and Development in the Philippines, certified as a child care director and teacher through the Maryland State Department of Education, and a multi-year award winner of the A.C.E (Affirming, Committed and Excellence) Award. Gemma serves as our Primary Classroom Assistant and School Librarian.
