Kelly M. Miller is a senior procurement and compliance expert with more than 20 years of experience supporting U.S. government, international donor, and local government programs. She currently serves as Procurement Division Chief for Calvert County Government in Maryland, leading centralized purchasing and contract operations with a strong emphasis on transparency, efficiency, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.In addition to her public service, Kelly is the owner of Dreams by Janice Art Studio in Old Town, Maine, a creative venture that reflects her lifelong love of art and community. She is also a proud mother of three children who attend Tidewater School, and she values the balance between professional impact and family life. Kelly brings a global perspective from her leadership roles in Africa, Latin America, Asia, and the U.S.. She is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. She holds an M.Sc. in Development Management from American University and a B.A. in Government and Latin American Studies from Colby College,
