Ian has over twenty years of experience in the nonprofit performing arts sector. He has held leadership positions at theaters in Los Angeles, New York, and Baltimore. In addition to teaching, he has lead multi-million dollar capital campaigns, served on multiple boards, and has been a grant review panelist and maker. Ian is a Tidewater parent and resides in Southern Maryland. He is the owner/founder of Ian Tresselt Design, a floral design business that sources flowers exclusively from local growers for events.
