High school junior Charlie Weber is attending Bishop O’Connell H.S. in Arlington, Va to get more exposure to college basketball coaches and receive instruction from Coach Joe Wootten. Here is a picture of Charlie playing in an AUU tournament in Las Vegas this past July.
